Free delivery in France from 89 € of purchases
Foglietto likes to travel! This is why we ship worldwide! Please note, however, that for deliveries outside mainland France special rates and deadlines, which are beyond our control, apply. Most of our parcels are sent via Chronopost, and have tracking, delivery scheduling via Predict and delivery with signature.
When placing your order, you have the choice between :
Delivery in France
– Delivery in relay point (Chrono Relais) – 2 working days after dispatch – 5,90 € ;
– Chronopost home delivery with signature, with tracking and with your choice of delivery time – 1 working day after dispatch – 7,90 € ;
– Delivery in Corsica : extra charge of 16 € ;
– Free delivery for orders over 89€.
Delivery inside the European Union
– Chronopost home delivery with signature and tracking (between 2 to 4 working days after the order has been dispatched, or 6 working days for Greece and Norway) – from €8.90 depending on your country of delivery ;
– Free EU delivery for orders over 100€.
– Delivery charges calculated automatically (actual rate).
The Products ordered will be delivered in one go.
The processing time for your orders will not exceed three working days, unless otherwise stated, particularly in the event of exceptional closures of the shop. You can check the status of your order in the “My Account” section of the site. Once your parcel has been picked up by our carrier, an automatic email containing its tracking number will be sent to you. You will therefore be able to track your parcel via the carrier’s website thanks to the tracking number you will have been given. We have no control over the delivery times of the carriers we work with.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays. The parcel is taken care of by Chronopost and delivered to the delivery address you provided when validating your order.
If you are absent at the time of delivery and if the dimensions of your parcel allow it, the postman will leave your parcel in your letter box. The choice of carrier cannot be changed once payment has been made.
We do not make any exchanges. On the other hand, you have a period of fourteen (14) days after receipt of the order to return the products to us (in perfect condition in their original unopened packaging) against reimbursement under the conditions detailed in article 7.1 of our general terms and conditions of sale. If all conditions are met, the refund will be made within three working days.
